摘要: Slags from metallurgical processes are widely used in different fields of application, e.g. the building industry and as fertilisers. Nevertheless, also these by-products have to be improved ensure their sustainable use. The treatment liquid slags, by changing composition outside steel production process, will lead interesting new properties newly formed products thus guarantee use future. Moreover, dust sludges off-gas cleaning becoming promising resource for coating alloying elements. very important element Zn surface is enriched dusts, due recycling coated scrap. On other hand, might run short future, so that recovering dusts may become necessary. To improve efficiency recovery a re-cycling process has been developed EAF steelmaking FEhS-Institute. Some side effects supported recycling. It proved slag foaming can enhanced recycling, even stainless processes. Finally it shown valuable elements residues iron more important. New ready implemented into daily practise.
