摘要: Purpose – The purposes of this paper are to identify the most significant job-related stressors that influence construction project professionals’ safety, form stresses and job burnout experienced by professionals investigate impact stress on safety performance from perception in Gaza Strip industry. Construction is characterized as a stressful industry, which influences personnel, especially when transfers into burnout.
