摘要: In an open, randomized study in outpatient clinic of a large teaching hospital, thirty-one female volunteers with regular cycles and established ovulation by ultrasonography were given one two triphasic oral contraceptives containing ethinylestradiol combined levonorgestrel or desogestrel during six treatment. The main outcome measures transvaginal serum E2 P measurements pill 1, 3 6. No ovarian activity was found 10 subjects. Among the remaining 21 women who showed activity, most follicle-like structures developed pill-free week decreased size disappeared first week. One taking had evidence luteinized unruptured follicle possible ovulation. latter also symptoms lower abdominal pain.
