摘要: The grain boundary segregation of phosphorus and alloying elements in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) a low alloy steel was studied quantitatively with atom probe tomography. Non-equilibrium mainly occurred during welding subsequent fast cooling, leading to remarkable P, C, Mn, Mo. these four types solutes showed similar microstructure-dependence at this stage, which levels are higher coarse-grained HAZ intercritically reheated than fine-grained HAZ. After simulated aging, P Mn further enrichment boundaries through equilibrium segregation, while desegregation observed for C In addition, it seems that precipitation Mo dislocations greatly promoted probably also contributed increase boundaries.
