摘要: Abstract The segregation behavior of phosphorus (P) in the heat-affected zone (HAZ) an A533B/A182 dissimilar weld joint before and after step cooling was investigated with atom probe tomography. At grain/packet boundaries, final P level consisted non-equilibrium that occurred during welding post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) equilibrium cooling. In both processes, higher coverage observed coarse-grained intercritically reheated HAZ than fine-grained base material. PWHT seemed to have a pronounced impact on subsequent aging process. addition, also at precipitate/matrix interfaces cementite, Mo2C Al–Si rich precipitates. evolution these two types sites suggested increasing risks embrittlement increase time.
