摘要: Objectives We investigated the relation of high ex vivo platelet reactivity, rapid fibrin generation, and thrombin-induced clot strength to postdischarge ischemic events in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Background High reactivity generation may affect incidence after PCI. However, limited data is available link these markers occurrence events. Methods measured adenosine diphosphate (ADP) by light transmittance aggregometry (LTA) PCI (n = 192). Clot strength, a measure interactions, time initial marker thrombin activity, were thrombelastography. The measurements event was prospectively examined over six months. Results A total 100% 84% on aspirin clopidogrel therapy, respectively, at event. Posttreatment ADP-induced aggregation LTA (63 ± 12% vs. 56 15%, p 0.02) (MA) higher (74 5 mm 65 4 mm, Conclusions formation are novel risk factors for more predictive than explain despite treatment with cyclooxygenase-1 P2Y12inhibitors.
