摘要: Downregulation of microRNA-34a (miR-34a) has frequently been observed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). However, the underlying role and molecular mechanism miR-34a ESCC remains largely unknown. In current study, it was demonstrated that downregulated forkhead box M1 (FOXM1), a target gene miR-34a, upregulated tumor tissues. Overexpression decreased FOXM1 mRNA protein expression lines tested (TE-1 TE-8). Inhibition increased levels human epithelial cells (HEEC). addition, mimics reduced relative luciferase activity transfected with 3'UTR-WT, but not 3'UTR-Mut. The CCK8 assay scratch wound healing showed overexpression induced inhibition proliferation migration. Additionally, transfection key genes involved migration (MMP2 MMP9) cells. Thus, present data suppressed progression by directly targeting FOXM1.
