摘要: A novel hybridized plasmonic whispering gallery mode (WGM) microcavities composed of graphene monolayer coated ZnO microrod with hexagonal cross section were proposed that operates in the ultraviolet region. π and + σ surface plasmon modes at 4.7 eV 14.6 can be used to achieve near field coupling interaction between conventional WGM microcavity band. Significantly, coupling, happened evanescent wave excited along interface graphene, lead distinct optical confinement lasing enhancement experimentally, so as well characteristics, such higher cavity quality factor (Q), narrower linewidth, intensities enhancement. The results could provide a platform study dynamics, also provides building blocks construct based for high performance laser devices potential application signal processing, biological monitoring, on.
