摘要: Abstract We theoretically study the influence of surface optical (SO) phonons on phonon-assisted cyclotron resonance (PACR) effect in a single-layer graphene different polar substrates via both one- and two-photon absorption processes. The process gives significant contribution to magneto-optical coefficient (MOAC) compared one-photon process. shifts peaks are larger for than those nonpolar substrates, where only intrinsic with higher energy contribute. Effects temperature, graphene-substrate separation, magnetic field half-width discussed. Our results provide significantly quantitative picture SO interaction induced substrates.
