摘要: Abstract The nonlinear optical absorption properties via two-photon process of an asymmetrical semi-parabolic quantum well (ASPQW) has been theoretically investigated. analytical expression for the magneto-optical coefficient (MOAC) is obtained by relating it to transition probability photons. Meanwhile, half width at maximum (HWHM) resonant peaks gained profile method. numerical results are calculated typical GaAs and GaAs/GaAlAs wells. show that MOAC HWHM strongly dependent on confinement frequency, magnetic field temperature in both one- processes. increasing behavior generally good accord with previous reported ones, experimentally.
