摘要: Abstract We theoretically study the combined effect of aluminum concentration and hydrostatic pressure on nonlinear phonon-assisted cyclotron resonance (PACR) in asymmetrical Gaussian potential quantum wells (AGPQWs). The confined interface phonon modes PACR is also studied. analytical expression magneto-optical absorption coefficient (MOAC) obtained by relating it to transition probability for photons. numerical results are calculated both bulk GaAs GaAs/Ga 1− x Al As materials. show that MOAC decreases magnitude gives a red-shift as increase, while half-width at half-maximum (HWHM) increases with concentration, but one- two-photon processes. can be used control optical properties AGPQWs.
