摘要: Sustainability for local food producers requires a balance of supply (from producers) with demand consumers) in the face volatile weather and prices. Community-supported agriculture (CSA) attempts to achieve that through communication commitments between consumers, which depend on relationships trust. These trust they can generate are multidimensional complex.
