Necessary and Sufficient Conditions for Agribusiness Success of Small-scale Farming Systems in Northern Vietnam

摘要: This study was conducted in Haiphong (Vietnam) during 2013-2014 to analyse the requirements for success of small-scale agribusinesses. Following two baseline studies on current state local farming systems and market situations, various stakeholders were engaged a number workshops with support causal loop diagram (CLD) modelling tool redefine pre-requisites agribusiness their interplays. As result, multi-stakeholder collaboration government via its policies development programs identified as necessary conditions success. Nonetheless, strengthening capacity cooperatives investing human social capitals are equal importance sufficient conditions, which generate multiple benefits towards achieving Values full participation by all use CLD defining systemic interventions also discussed.
