摘要: Vitamin D is well recognized for its essentiality in maintaining skeletal health. Recent research has suggested that vitamin may exert a broad range of roles throughout the human life cycle starting from reproduction to adult chronic disease risk. Rates deficiency during pregnancy remain high worldwide. been associated with an increased risk fertility problems, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, and allergic offspring. found naturally only few foods thus supplementation can provide accessible effective way raise status when dietary intakes sunlight exposure are low. However, possibility overconsumption possible adverse effects under debate. The effect early on maternal infant outcomes will be particular focus this review.
