摘要: Abstract Objectives By assessing unilateral utricular function at the acute and subacute stages, we sought to determine ability of subjective visual vertical (SVV) during eccentric rotation (dynamic SVV) in detecting latent abnormality otolith dysfunction vestibular neuritis. In addition, compared validity dynamic SVV with static compensated recovery phase. Methods The 19 patients diagnosed neuritis 31 stage were determined this study. First, was measured a dark booth without rotation. an displacement head 3.5 cm from axis constant velocity 300°/s. Results neuritis, showed increase deviation side lesion findings normal subjects. stage, it did not differ significantly that SVV, however, had statistically significant subjects both stages. Conclusion would be effective method especially
