摘要: Actin fibers are vital in cell development, growth and interactions. Recent advances micro-patterns force cells to conform specific shapes which is a huge benefit image analysis. In this work, images conforming computer generated through the minimization of four energy terms, turn may provide evidence mechanics at work biological cells. Two methods comparing original considered their performances compared. The conclusion that superior performance obtained with method based on mammalian visual cortex over traditional Gabor filter Further analysis leads an understanding forces generate optimal can be extrapolated back sample support actin behavior under influence drugs.
