Experimental approach to murder by aconite poisoning from the viewpoint of medicolegal toxicology

摘要: An autopsy case performed by the author in 1986 had been gradually revealed to be a murder using aconite poisons. The puffer fish toxin was certified afterwards co-administered together with alkaloids this case. In order investigate case, animal experiments were done mice clarify metabolism of aconitine and tetrodotoxin, examine influences tetrodotoxin on poisoning. We also examined biological effects under chronic intoxication aconitine, elimination degradation dead body. For purpose we have developed technical methods GC/MS LC/MS for quantification these toxins materials.
