A new species of the genus Anthonomus Germar (Curculionidae) in Mexican amber

摘要: A new species, Anthonomus dilatofemurus Poinar et Legalov, sp. nov., from Mexican amber is described and illustrated. The species close to A. cruraluma Legalov differs it in the wider elytra with narrow striae strongly swollen pro- metafemora. It browni wide short elytra, shorter thicker weakly curved rostrum, metafemur. distinguished camoiranensis Clark by metatitibia uncus sulcatus Kirsch protibia uncus, metatibia ventral fringe of medium scales, narrower elongate pronotum, convex rostrum.
