摘要: The presence of rheumatoid factor (RF) is one the clinical criteria for diagnosis arthritis (RA). cutoff point RF assays usually based on a reference level obtained from normal subjects in same population as patients. We evaluated 63 (RA), 25 other patients and 110 blood donors. Their factors ranged < 9.9 to 2,264, 262, 66 mIU/ml, respectively. sensitivity at different points 15, 20, mIU/ml was 92.1%, 90.5%, 88.9%, specificity 81.5%, 84.4%, 85.2%, Having minimally sacrificed sensitivity, we recommend using higher increase specificity.
