摘要: Abstract Bending is one of the processes frequently applied during manufacture aluminium components. The bending operation involves springback, which defined as elastic recovery part unloading. In manufacturing industry, it still a practical problem to predict final geometry after springback and design appropriate tooling in order compensate for springback. this paper, commercially available finite-element analysis (FEA) software used analyse different materials thickness. amount total equivalent plastic strains von Mises stresses are presented. FEA results compared with empirical data.
