摘要: The aim of this study was to estimate whether breech presentation at term associated with known individual obstetric risk factors for adverse fetal outcome. This a retrospective, nationwide Finnish population-based cohort study. Obstetric risks in all and vertex singleton deliveries were compared between the years 2005 2014. A multivariable logistic regression model used determine significant factors. rate pregnancies 2.4%. stillbirth significantly higher cephalic (0.2 vs 0.1%). odds ratios (95% CIs) growth restriction, oligohydramnios, gestational diabetes, history cesarean section congenital abnormalities 1.19 CI (1.07–1.32), 1.42 (1.27–1.57), 1.06 (1.00–1.13), 2.13 (1.98–2.29) 2.01 (1.92–2.11). showed that on its own antenatal number perinatal outcomes. included caesarean anomalies.
