摘要: The three-component irreversible surface-reaction model [ital A]+[ital BC][r arrow][ital AC]+1/2[ital B][sub 2] with infinite reaction rates between nearest-neighbor adspecies is studied by Monte Carlo simulations. For a square lattice the system evolves to degenerate poisoned state exponentially in time, except for narrow range of pressures which reactive quasi-steady-state exists. latter poisons very slowly time. hexagonal true steady occurs bordered continuous and discontinuous transitions states. behavior observed adding channel B][r AB] on lattice. Some properties these models are elucidated analysis appropriate exact master equations corresponding pair approximations. Other issues addressed include extent variability'' states, effect finite rates, spatial correlations.
