摘要: The hypothesis that larger dose-time quotients of chemotherapy result in improved therapeutic outcome is firmly fixed modern oncologic thought and practice. This has enjoyed currency not only for the intuitive “rightness” concept, but based on results carefully conducted retrospective analysis clinical trials which often demonstrate superior patients receiving more dose-intensive treatments. Unfortunately, there are a handful randomized prospective adequately testing this hypothesis.
