Evidence of Griffiths Phase and Antiferromagnetic State in Bi-Doped LaMnO_{3}

摘要: The magnetic behavior of La\(_{1-x}\)Bi\(_{x}\)MnO\(_{3}\) (\(x = 0.20\), 0.25, 0.30, and 0.40) has been studied, with a Griffiths phase in particular for the sample \(x 0.4\) an isovalent Mn\(^{3+}\) whole system. X-ray photoemission spectra (XPS) each element all prepared samples are same, have no obvious change due to Bi ions doping. Mn 2\(p\) core level XPS shows that valence state ion is 3+, stays increasing doping concentration. Zero-field-cooling field-cooling curves demonstrate traditional ferromagnetic paramagnetic transition samples, but special step-like 0.4\). For 0.4\), observed above Curie temperature\( T_{C}\), which shown by evidence downturn deviation from Curie–Weiss linear law demonstration cluster revealed isothermal magnetization Arrott plot. Below \(T_{C}\), antiferromagnetic exists cusp at characteristic temperature \(T_{f}\), also proved non-peak-shift different frequency dependence ac-susceptibility.
