摘要: We present extensive x-ray absorption fine structure measurements on La{sub 1-x}Ca{sub x}MnO{sub 3} as a function of the B field (to 11 T) and Ca concentration, x (21%-45%). These results reveal local changes (associated with polaron formation) that depend only magnetization for given sample, irrespective whether is achieved through decrease in temperature or an applied magnetic field. Furthermore, relationship between depends hole doping. A model proposed which filamentary initially develops via aggregation pairs Mn atoms involving electron site. have little distortion it likely they form at T{sup *} above T{sub c}.
