摘要: A surface acoustic wave (SAW) device is provided with short-term and long-term stability by recessing the electrode structure into of piezoelectric crystal device. In addition, passivated silicon polymer, a cover same crystalline material placed above to prevent absorption impurities from atmosphere. The passivation believed reduce effect thermal agitation bonds lattice structure, thereby making breaking chemical hydroxyl ions that may have been entrapped SAW particularly useful in construction stable oscillator circuits wherein provides improved frequency stability.
