摘要: A hot issue in current research regarding stem cells for regenerative medicine is the retainment of stemness and multipotency cell. Endothelial progenitor (EPCs) are characterized by an angiogenic switch that induces angiogenesis further ameliorates local microenvironment ischemic organs. This study investigated whether EPCs could modulate multipotent differential abilities mesenchymal (MSCs) vitro vivo. We established EPC/MSC indirect Transwell coculture system then examined effects on regulation MSC biological properties bone formation The studies showed cocultured MSCs (coMSCs) display no overt changes cell morphology but enhanced phenotype compared with monocultured (monoMSCs). Our cellular, molecular, protein characteristics coMSCs monoMSCs demonstrated greatly promote proliferation differentiation potentials under condition. expression pluripotency factors OCT4, SOX2, Nanog, Klf4 was also upregulated coMSCs. Furthermore, combined fibrin glue improved regeneration when used to repair rat alveolar defects monoMSC grafts first demonstrate have dynamic roles maintaining regulating potential.
