摘要: Abstract The effects of ion tracks on the structure oxide glasses were examined by irradiating a silica glass and two borosilicate specimens containing 3 6 oxides with krypton ions (74 MeV) xenon (92 MeV). Structural changes in observed Raman nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy using multinuclear approach ( 11 B, 23 Na, 27 Al 29 Si). irradiated resembles quenched at very high temperature. Both exhibited depolymerization network, lower boron coordination number, change role fraction sodium atoms after irradiation, suggesting that final structures from temperature state. In addition, sharp increase concentration three membered rings presence large amounts penta- hexacoordinate aluminum 6-oxide suggest is different liquid equilibrium, but it rather obtained nonequilibrium partially relaxed rapid quenching within tracks.
