摘要: Methods of Making Carbon Nanotube Films, Layers, Fabrics, Ribbons, Elements and articles are disclosed. nanotube growth catalyst (350) is applied on to a surface substrate. The substrate subjected chemical vapor deposition (370) carbon-containing gas grow non-woven fabric carbon nanotubes. Portions the selectively removed according defined pattern create article. A nanotubes may be made by applying water dispersed monolayer catalyst. in contact covering which substantially uniform density.
