摘要: Abstract This paper reviews some important aspects of performance several large-scale multistage flash (MSF) seawater desalination plants, based on the operational experience over past quarter-century in Emirate Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It discusses certain factors which influence plant performance, availability and economy light methods current practice observations made, analysis carried out insight gained long period experience. Arising this discussion are sggestions for future research, design development MSF plants with long-term objective rendering them robust, reliable, economical, intelligently automated wide measurement, monitoring, assessment, optimization, control, diagnosis care.
