Lice repellant composition

摘要: It has been discovered that terpenoids, especially terpenoid-alcohols (terpene-ols) and terpenoid-esters, some aldehydes ketones of terpenes, in a concentration between 0.01% 50% by weight, most preferably 10%, are very good lice repellents. The active agent can be combined with pharmaceutically and/or cosmetically acceptable carrier for topical administration, such as an aqueous or alcohol solution, gel, cream, powder, administered without additives other insect repellents, agents increasing solubility delaying release agents, antimicrobials, antioxidants fragrances.
