摘要: Despite much literature on energy security, the term continues to resist a commonly-accepted definition. Nevertheless, policy decisions are frequently made basis of ‘improving security’, despite lack any clear understanding what improving security actually means. Therefore this paper explores meaning for key experts in UK sector, with particular focus electricity systems context low-carbon transition. A set 22 issues is discussed 25 from across sector UK, order get grasp which aspects felt be most important, and discover underlying concepts used by when making or justifying these choices.
