Lessons from the UK on Urgency and Legitimacy in Energy Policymaking

摘要: This chapter uses the recent history of UK energy policymaking to illustrate wider themes in this book. In face urgency climate change, central question for is how combine radical action with strengthened legitimacy and consent. The case shows it may be possible start travelling along difficult road, but that subsequently easy over-emphasise at expense thus risk overall failure.
