摘要: An autoradiographic study was made using S35-sulfate for the localization, distribution, and variation in mucopolysaccharide content of femoral periosteum rats from birth to old age. The mucopolysaccharides were also studied histochemically, toluidine blue O, Rinehart Abu'l-Haj's colloidal iron method, periodic acid-Schiff reaction, before after hyaluronidase treatment. Autoradiograms revealed uptake S35 particularly vicinity preosseous zone adjacent osteoblasts. This labelling highest at period rapid bone growth.
