摘要: We present a potential rare earth activated white-emitting nanocrystalline phosphor powders produced by combustion synthesis and report their luminescent properties thin films deposited pulsed laser ablation. Effects of varying the atomic concentration dopants in Y 2 SiO 5 :Ce x ,Tb y (0.0065 < 0.0085, 0.010 0.040), along with morphological, microstructural photoluminescence (PL) were investigated order to produce white-light emission close D 65 optimized efficiency. Characteristic electronic transitions measured from spectra at λ em = 544 nm ( 4 → 7 F ) Tb 3+ 418 (5d 7/2 Ce show that an inductive energy transfer occurs when ions absorbs upon excitation long-UV photons (λ exc 358-380 nm). The optimal for best luminescence intensity has been obtained 0.0075 0.025 , closest daylight white was found composition :-Ce 0.040 .
