摘要: Purpose – Knowledge sharing is the corner-stone of many organisations’ knowledge-management (KM) strategy. Despite growing significance knowledge sharing’s practices for competitiveness and market performance, several barriers make it difficult KM to achieve goals deliver a positive return on investment. This paper provides detailed review current related literatures large number possible knowledge-sharing with purpose offering more comprehensive structured starting-point senior managers when auditing their organisation’s base requirements. Design/methodology/approach article reviews discusses over three dozen potential barriers, categorising them into main domains recently published works: individual/personal, organisational, technological barriers. Findings The extensive list helpful starting point guideline existing view identifying any bottle-necks improving overall effectiveness activities.
