摘要: Patients suffering from Parkinson's disease (PD) will typically experience a range of motor and nonmotor symptoms during the course their illness, each which affect particular individual to varying degrees. However, patients' perceptions troublesome often differ clinician's view, these discrepancies can hamper effective management PD. In this study, we have assessed 265 consecutive PD patients by asking them rank three most in last 6 months, so gain further insight impact illness on quality life. were divided into early ( /=6 years) symptom onset. The division at years was based mean time onset development complications. group, 5 prevalent complaints (ranked descending order) are slowness, tremor, stiffness, pain, loss smell and/or taste. advanced fluctuating response medication (most common: wearing-off phenomenon followed dyskinesia), mood changes, drooling, sleep problems middle late night insomnia daytime sleepiness), tremor top 5. Our findings provide evidence for diversity suggest that as advances issues perceive lack aspects disease, highlighting importance assessment patient-centered follow-up patients.
