摘要: We propose a structured illumination scheme for achieving widefield coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) microscopy with resolution surpassing the diffraction limit in two dimensions (2D). By acquiring set of images sample third-order nonlinear susceptibility illuminated by phase-matched excitation field square lattice patterns, 2D super-resolution CARS image can be reconstructed. derive theoretical framework to describe formation and reconstruction this imaging system carry out numerical simulations investigate its performance. The results demonstrate that our method promises particular benefit on adding capability improve spatial factor approximately three.
