Measuring sustainable income from mineral extraction in Brazil

摘要: Abstract This paper provides estimates of mineral depletion in Brazil, and their implication for the measurement sustainable income sector, during period 1970–1988. Two alternative approaches are briefly reviewed: net price approach user cost approach. Estimates from extraction Brazil computed using both techniques, results obtained vary significantly between them. with same order magnitude as conventionally measured income, differences explained terms time horizon extraction. With approach, on other hand, large oscillations reflect variation underlying reserves.
