摘要: The developmental pattern and the adult distribution of neuropeptide tyrosine (NPY) its C-terminal flanking peptide (C-PON) were investigated in spinal cord lizard Gallotia galloti. Embryonic, postnatal animals studied by means immunohistochemical technique. Neurons containing both immunoreactivities first appeared at embryonic Stages 37/38. Immunoreactive perikarya more numerous than either or cord. Fibres immunoreactive for antisera around time hatching, being widespread NPY- C-PON-like-containing neurons fibres galloti related to sensory, autonomic motor areas.
