摘要: Animal experiments have already shown that neurotransmitters and neuropeptides are not only important for normal functioning of the adult central nervous system (CNS) but also crucial to its development. However, information on spatio-temporal distribution these endogenous substances in developing human CNS is still scarce. With use immunocytochemical staining a constant supply properly fixed abortuses from southern China, an early appearance acetylcholinesterase, enkephalin, substance P immunoreactivities was detected first spinal cord (weeks 5 7 gestation), then brainstem nuclei 11 12). Their overlapping localizations many regions suggest possible interactions among neurons containing substances, which turn proper establishment neuronal circuitry. Immunoreactivity neuropeptide Y appeared initially lateral region upper segments at week 12 gestation, spread latero-medially cranio-caudally sacral region. In hippocampus, 15 onwards. Serotoninergic were found dorsal raphe nucleus 10 decreased number as fetus grew older. Somatostatin releasing inhibitory factor, vasopressin, oxytocin hypothalamus weeks 14 onwards, monoamine oxidase, succinic dehydrogenase, parvalbumin, calbindin D28K, vasoactive intestinal peptide visual cortex midgestation. The abundance indicate they may play key role differentiation.
