摘要: The route of polyamine biosynthesis is a complex, but now well-characterised, pathway controlled at the level two decarboxylase enzymes, particularly ornithine (for review see Pegg, 1986). catabolic pathways are however less well understood. should perhaps be more correctly referred to as retroconversion since catabolism implies breakdown and loss opposed recycling which occurs. Retroconversion occur in conjunction. For example, regenerating rat liver Matsui et al. (1981) showed that early increase intracellular putrescine was result combination increased from spermine via acetylation oxidation. Therefore, both function rapidly growing cells they do not isolation different stages cell growth.
