摘要: SUMMARY A cooling chain for the handling of frozen hydrated bulk specimens is described. Use this method permits specimen to be kept fully hydrated. After quench freezing, transferred a freeze etch apparatus, fractured, carbon coated and onto precooled cold stage SEM by means an airlock. The examined in secondary electron mode analysed using energy dispersive X-ray analyser. midgut Chironomus thummi larvae frog skin epithelium were used test performance.
