New South Wales Drug Court: Monitoring Report

摘要: The New South Wales Drug Court began operation on a trial basis 8 February 1999. It provides an intensively supervised treatment program for drug-dependent offenders, aiming to assist such offenders overcome their drug dependence and criminal offending. This bulletin summarises the first 17 months of Court's operation. To date, 313 persons have commenced Program, with 10 these graduating 133 being terminated from Program.
