摘要: Summary. Three categories of precursor cells have been identified in postnatal mammals: tissue-committed progenitor cells, germ layer lineage-committed stem and lineage-uncommitted pluripotent cells. Progenitor are the immediate precursors differentiated tissues. Germ lineage can be induced to form multiple cell types belonging their respective ectodermal, mesodermal, endodermal embryological lineages. Pluripotent will somatic from all three primary demonstrate a finite life span before replicative senescence death occur. Both telomerase positive display extensive capabilities for self-renewal. Stem which undergo such replication potential undergoing mutations that may subsequently alter cellular functions. Gross genome visualized as chromosomal aneuploidy and/or chromosomes appear aberrant. This study was designed determine whether any gross genomic occurred within adult Karyotypic analysis performed using purified male rats established procedures. Giemsa Banding used conjuction with light microscopy visualize metaphase chromosome spreads. To date over 800 spreads analyzed. We found averaged 42 concluded these isolated normal karyotype.
