摘要: Obesity is a leading cause of cardiovascular disease. It directly affects heart structure and function contributes to failure. Diet major factor involved in the development obesity along with genetic factors. We examined effects monounsaturated polyunsaturated fatty acid-rich oils on cardiac diet-induced rodent model (DIO). Obese prone (OP) rats were fed high-fat diet (HF; 55% kcal) for 12 weeks; Sprague–Dawley commercial chow served as control. Echocardiography was performed assess all at 12 weeks. OP HF showed significant impairment diastolic compared control rats. The containing high oleic canola oil significantly improved lard. In conclusion, rich acid, when incorporated into an diet, prevents dysfunction DIO
