摘要: Biliary atresia is the major kind of liver disease that mainly affects new born infants. The pathological and biological mechanism biliary still unclear to date. In this work, we attempt identify relevant genes get knowledge underlying genetic basis. We collected samples from infants with congenital choledochocyst, RNA-seq technology was used performed a transcriptome profiling in order comprehensively study their expression signatures. identified 877 differentially expressed between choledochocyst patients total. Several pathways related immunity inflammation response were found involve development atresia. Our results may helps better investigate molecular mechanisms disease.
