摘要: Despite repeated publications of the American Cancer Society guidelines,2 little screening is performed. Although controversy continues concerning utility and cost-effectiveness this guideline,3 findings from a previous study residents demonstrated that 97% favored yearly fecal occult blood testing (FOBT) for patients age 50 older. Less than six percent eligible seen by these received test.4
