Spectroscopic studies of GTA welding plasmas. Temperature calculation and dilution measurement

摘要: A spectroscopic study of the GTAW plasma-plume created during welding stainless steel and other materials (iron, nickel chromium) has been carried out. The spectra these plasmas have studied for several parameters. Temperature calculations are based on observation relative intensities shapes emission peaks. We assume that plasma is in local thermal equilibrium. temperature calculated with Boltzmann plot method from twelve iron lines (in range 368–385 nm): it varies between 9650 12100 K. Dilution experiments checked mixing metals: two different metallic plates an Inconel wire. monitored following intensity some characteristic (chromium nickel). Comparison results metallographic ones made.
