摘要: Abstract This work describes exploratory experimental procedures implemented for the development of a non-intrusive and real-time sensor weld defect tracking which uses emission spectrometry measuring electromagnetic content plasma-weld pool interface in GMA welding arc. The process monitoring is carried out by calculating iron (Fe) manganese (Mn) electronic temperatures within arc column, admitting that observed region at local thermodynamic equilibrium. temperature was calculated utilising relative intensity method, based on Boltzmann Saha Laws definition line intensity. two elements were correlated with position defects, have been introduced simulation purposes. These simulated defects resulted abrupt changes average standard deviation values, thus providing an indication presence defect.
